By uploading and listing any NFT (non-fungible token) content on EuroverseNFT (“Platform”, “we”, “us”), you (“Creator”, “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before using the Platform to mint, sell, or distribute NFTs.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

• You affirm that you own all legal rights, titles, and interests in and to the content you upload, or you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to tokenize and sell the content as an NFT.

• By uploading your content, you grant EuroverseNFT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote your NFT content for the purposes of operating and marketing the Platform.

• You retain all intellectual property rights unless otherwise agreed upon between you and the buyer through smart contract terms.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or tokenize any content that:

• Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;

• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, hate speech, violence, or illegal activity;

• Violates any applicable law or regulation;

• Is misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent in nature.

EuroverseNFT reserves the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

4. Royalties and Commission

• You may set your own royalty fees, which will be enforced via smart contract where supported.

• EuroverseNFT charges a [30%] platform fee on each sale conducted through the marketplace.

• All payments and settlements are conducted in cryptocurrencies supported by the Platform.

5. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting all applicable taxes arising from your NFT sales on the Platform.

6. No Guarantee of Sales

EuroverseNFT does not guarantee that your NFTs will be sold or that you will generate income. All listing and sales are subject to market demand and buyer interest.

7. Limitation of Liability

You agree that EuroverseNFT is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, unauthorized access, or misuse of your content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, including violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or unlawful behavior.

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital assets and NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), all sales are final. Once a transaction has been completed on our platform, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the asset.

Users are encouraged to carefully review all details and metadata of an NFT before proceeding with the purchase. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the accuracy, authenticity, and quality of the digital asset.

In the event of a technical error or duplicate transaction caused by the platform, users may contact our support team for investigation. We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of a refund or corrective action based on platform logs and transaction records.

By using this platform, you agree to waive any right to request a refund or cancellation for any NFT transaction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
